Guardian angels for taxi users


CLUBBERS leaving a late night venue in Blackburn are being provided with guardian angels to ensure they get home safely.

A taxi marshalling system, run by Highfield Taxis, has been set up outside Heaven and Hell nightclub, Lord Square, in order to regulate the drivers who pick up fares there. The marshalls will organise cars for those leaving the club and will log the passenger's name, the vehicle's number plate and its destination.

I think you might find they mainly operate Private hire vehicles.
