I seem to be hearing the counting of chickens, before the eggs have hatched, and not for the first time.

I think your right Jimbo, I can recall being told by AliT a year or so ago he was just waiting for his plate to arrive

Well CC, if the council had gave it up then, they might not be in the mess they are now?

And believe me it is a mess.

As I said before 'Murphy's Law' takes a hand in everything. If you wait with a watchful eye, the opportunity will present itself.

The timing of this offensive was no accident; court cases, local elections, more court cases, talk 107, News Papers, and now Councillors coming on board.

The games up CC....

It's all over bar the shouting.

And just think, a couple of months back you would have got £50,000 for your plate, and now-000000000000000000000000000

The thing about Skull that amazes me is that as he claims not to be working in the Edinburgh hire and reward trade any longer, and doesn't even have a vote in the upcoming elections in Edinburgh, yet sits sniping from the outside, yanking the strings of his puppet Taylor and seems hell bent on attempting to destroy other peoples livelihoods.

Could it be he's just a sad pathetic bitter twisted loser who couldn't hack it in anything he attempts - ex-milkman, ex-taxi baron (twice), ex-taxi driver, ex-husband

Thank God we have gun controls in this country otherwise I hate to think where his hatred would have taken him :-| :-| :-| :-|

I don't hate you and the boy's TC, I pity you. I would consider putting a gun to your head and blowing your brains out an act of mercy.

You see, I do have a heart.

It's scum like you that didn't know when to leave well alone. Now you are getting no more than you deserve. What goes around....

Rome was not built in a day CC, and Edinburgh want be destroyed in a weekend-but god loves a trier.

My information is coming in thick and fast -the razor blades are being passed around. This is what happens when you buy into the illusion of "businessman", or should I say, listening to the likes of you. Pity you won't get the chance to pull the same down in Carlisle  no re-restriction there.  Now that's funny

And why would I want restriction?

The more cabs on the road, the greater the demand for radios

Did you not read the T&G's report to the OFT study?

They said it would cause more drivers to take out their radios, just below the paragragh that said it would cause more drivers to put radios in. ](*,)

I didnt read their response, I couldnt see it involving any shoot outs or indians. Plenty of cowboys though

I think experience tells us, when push comes to shove, and more taxis hit the streets, in order to survive journeyman drivers need radios.

Which does beg the question as to why PH operators are so scared of de-limitation.

Maybe they are just plain thick.
