I agree and you're quite right it would be the truth. However, whatever decision the courts deliver, we should all hold our hands up and say legally they were right. No matter which side of the fence you sit on.

lol there would be no fun in telling you who I am stu? The game would end and I haven't finished playing just yet? The fun for me is in the adversarial jousting with councils and councillors. They like to thing they are always right I take the opposite view.

You are quite correct JD, the Law must always be right,I am glad that you are sure of the outcome, good luck to these guys tomorrow though, I dont care one way or other now. 8) :-|

It's like a jousting tournament really,so much water under the bridge, anything for a peaceful life.

heard this today. a man walked into the doctor's and asked for some sleeping pills for his wife, the doctor said what is wrong with her, he said she's just woken up, it made me laugh

Well stu put it this way, if you had come to me for help then I would most certainly help you no matter what the situation if at all possible. You are probably capeable of helping youself but Just because these guys are going against the establishment does not mean they don't have the right to exercise their rights under the law. they will know soon after tomorrow if the law is on their side we can't ask for any more than that.
