Hi

i would like some help please has anybody used or uses the cabfind system https://www.cabfind.co.uk/bookingfirm.htm, and what are the benefits of this and is it worth investing into an online booking engine independant of your booking and dispatch software?

Lots of points to this and you have identified the key issue straight away, integration.

What I will say is that Cabfind is a very well received product from corporate customers. If you receive lots of bookings by email then Cabfind will give you the bookings in a far 'easier to read' format.
