Look mate, I have seen about 100 stretch limos in the last year or so, and only one had a PH plate on. The old traffic commissiner didn't license them, but the new one does. But only with restrictions.

In other words 99% of these things that I had seen are un-licensed and un-checked, as are their drivers. So when I put smiles up in reply to Limo questiosn it's because if I didn't put them up I would put words un-becoming of a good looking chap such as me.

Yes there are Limo lads that do it right, and I take my hat off for them. But why it is that I've only seen one in the last 24 months?

It's because most are a bunch of crooks taking the pi** out of the system. Glad you asked now?

And to sussex. i know there are a lot of illegal limos out there and i dont agree with it either, this is why i am making sure everything is legal and going through vosa so i know car is safe as will have lots of service checks ect
