Taxi driver given mobile fine

A Taxi driver has been fined £240 for using a hand held mobile phone while at the wheel of his cab.

Kuldip Singh, of Norfolk Street, Swansea, was convicted by city magistrates of the March 7 offence.

The court ordered him to pay £55 towards the prosecution costs.

South Wales Echo August the 8th 2007.

Two Merthyr drivers were issued with fixed penalty tickets £50 which were reduced to £30 if they paid promptly.

British justice the best in the world, Yeah right equal to all.
