I have made a formal complaint in that that advert include the details of an ex-minister.

I have been informed that a new flyer is doing the rounds with the correct minister.

It would be churlish of me to point out that the new flyer has promoted the minister of state to secretary of state.

I must add that I had a bet that JD would have pointed it out first, but I lost.
