I work 5 nights a week, since you asked. How about you?

Don't you have WiFi in your manor?

Just interested. that's all.

Me? As little as possible.

Wi-Fi? Probably, never got time for that. I'm working tonight though, can't have that unmet demand creeping in now can we.

I wouldn't have thought that a problem, with the knowledge test you guys have to sit.

I've got a question for you Mr Gusmac.

You seem to be posting on here most of the day 7 days a week, from early to late.

When do you actually drive a Taxi?

Just wondered?

Be quiet Mr GBC I think we are getting to the nitty gritty at last. :-$

I wouldn't be surprised if the "agency" isn't in fact just Mr S6 Conversion specialist in another room. Or perhaps just on a different phone.

Mr S6 has stated that he doesn't even have any vehicles.

Maybe, maybe not. I'll bet some operations are run that way.

First of all to Mr Gusmac.

5. no i dont .

Now Mr supposition ooops sorry i mean JD. :D

It is up to the customer or hirer where their driver is hired from as ive said (too many times ](*,) ) the self drive hire limo company CAN recommend agencies BUT cannot stipulate them.

Maybe JD you should study self drive hire laws and driver agency employment laws instead of trying to make everything try and fit into hire or reward, once you,ve figured out self drive etc then come back and tell me that if the self drive hire system is executed correctly its ILLEGAL.

Now i cannot vouch for every firm outhere and say they are all operating correctly, what i can say is most know how too and if they dont then they breach hire or reward and thats their problem.

Can TDO catergorically state that every taxi/ph op outhere operates correctly or even that every member on here is operating correctly ???????? Ofcourse not.

JD if you are going to twist the answer to every question i give round to your advantage and not the truth , then asking anymore questions will simply be a waste of time.

Constantly assuming that most ops do things wrong and breach hire or reward regs is more than a little condescending and quite honestly your constant supposition and fairy tale examples of how YOU think limo ops operate is in my opinion spoiling your well earned reputation as an intelligent man.

It would,nt providing i had no interest of any sort in the self drive hire company.

"Tangible link" is the key to prosecution..

So you would expect a court of law to believe that the owner of the £100,000+ limo doesn't care who drives it?

How much do you think a brand new coach or Truck costs and agency drivers drive them.

Its what you have INSURANCE for.

Daz these guys are clearly on a crusade and hell bent on ruining the industry so no matter what is said as is clearly evident they will twist it, Personally i dont see why you are even bothering to answer their questions anymore :D Just look at TDO's most recent responses, says it all really

Not all on here should be tarred with the nasty end of that particular brush mate , some do have a mind of their own and will make their own assumptions.

Remember HC has been around legally since 1847 whereas PH has only been legal since 1976 (i think) so how did ppl operate before legislation, surely we should not be lead to believe that no-one operated in a PH fashion???

Legislation evolves from Industrial and social demand.

why would someone dream up PH when its never been invented ........because there was obviously pressure and its the same for limos, originally NO laws attained to our vehicles because the law had never come across them before, next, pressure from small and narrowminded ppl forced ill thought up mish mash rules which dont work , next will come correct legislation, same as every other industry ,cause, effect, eventuality!

Do you really think a few keyboard warriors can change what vOSA,DfT,DVLA,PCO and the limo industry + quite a few influencial politicians want !!!!???

Remember no forum is really representative of any industry only a minority of that particular industry and then work out the percentage of members on here that actually want to see the industry destroyed...... 1000+ members and maybe 4 or 5 who vocally protest, that works out at 0.5 %.

Does that really instill you with fear ????
