So what is wrong with the door and have you got it sorted yet :?: :?:
MR T had a problem with his E7 but fixed it himself by bending a rod

It has been sorted many times - a new door, because it went so far out of alignment, then back about another three/four times because they still cannot got it flush with the body. The door handle is a constant problem, changed it twice and going wonky on me again.

I am sure that you have seen the inside of the workings of the handle, I have seen stronger stuff on my grandsons dinky toys.

The car is fine apart from the Bl**dy door. ](*,)

Mines now done 13k miles to update

Nothings really wrong with it now but a annoyingly sensitive intercom

The wheelchair ramp plastic bit keeps coming out the door .

Also sliding doors are a pain

Rattling center console

Teribly designed fold down seats which do your back in

Stupid sliding doors

Is there anything that they can transfer from the new model to the old in terms of knowledge - to get rid of the sliding door problem.

That's funny Sussex Peugeot advertise the euro bus at the same price, so there should be no difference in the cab even though its a conversion

Im glad i bought the one i did , the new one looks nice inside with more room , but i dont like the look of the outside.

Im a very picky person , i sorted the intercom out by securing the rattling shelf the microphones on ,

The only real thing i can moan about the tw200 is how badly designed the fold down seats are . this is absolutly unexceptable for a paying punter on a long distance trip.

Also the new ones from patons are more expensive , not that id buy from patons again . :-({|=

Learning from a collegue's misfortune here. The doors usually come out of line due to the bracket at the bottom not supporting the weight of the door too well. The rest of the wear on sliding and so on is a mere result of this misalignment. The sagging bracket can be reinforced by a metal rod bent to shape and stitch welded ono the bracket. Seems to have done the trick on this particular one for the last year or so now.
