Don't get carried away, I think the smoking ban is being enforced by environmental health.


The smoking ban in Lincoln is being enforced by the Licensing Enforcement Officer. He covers ALL licensing pubs and clubs, as well as Taxi and PH.


One person to cover the whole city, he must be a busy man. :lol:


Not if all he collects are plate numbers :shock:
