Sussex if you are so proud of the Private Hire Trade please explain why this site is called Taxi Driver Online and not Private Hire Driver Online.
Is that some private hire drivers really want to be Taxi Drivers but cannot be bothered going through the entry criteria.
Or that they want to become known as Taxi Drivers through the back door?

Mr Guest, if you really want to know why this site is called Taxi Driver Online, instead of Private-Hire Driver Online, well it just so that we can really [edited by admin] off people like you. :D

we are getting techy its comming at you from all angles.
Nigel is in the thick with the London lads now amazing what a trip to London can do?

Maurices friend now, ask Nige what he knows about damascus?

Well, well Sussex, you really seem not to be able to handle any questions aimed at yourself or this site, you really do get out of your pram and start throwing your rattle about. Well I suppose that it shows that your level of intelligence is not quite as high as you would like to think.

I though that these forums were here to encourage discussion, I must have been mistaken as it seems that the only type of discussion that you like is when people agree with your comments and postings, discussion with you is fine as long as it goes your way.

As for [edited by admin] me off, I really do not think so, it seems that you are the one who is getting [edited by admin] off by making such statements.

Really does show the real man does it not Sussex?

I would think twice about relying on anything coming your way, via the Select Committee.

As for the name of this site, well as far as I can see, the only people objecting to the name of it, are those stuck in the past.

And those chaps will never change.

The only people that seem happy with the name of this site are those who llike to remain anonymous and throw insults at others. This is not a forum, if you do not agree with Sussex man then he throws insults at you.

No, I can handle the question, it's just when you ask a stupid one, you will get one back.

Why is this called Taxi Driver Online, I suspect it's because some lads bought that name before anyone else.

Is my intelligence high, or is it low? Well you must have a really interesting life, if that's all you have got to think about.

So your idea of discussion, is to debate the name of the site?

As I said, a really interesting life.

I would say that Jack is a day driver.

One of those that's sit around all day discussing such ground breaking issues, as why this taxi site, that has both PH and taxi drivers on, isn't called www.wehavebothtaxiandprivatehiredriverson.co.uk .

No doubt if he lived in apartheid South Africa he would have agreed with whites only bars.

And as for women having the vote, heaven forbid !!!

:

It ought to be called WWW.back-door-ponces-trying-to trade-off-the-superior.taxi.trade.dot.cotton. (and fag)

It is clear why they have called it a taxi site. PH / Minicabs are the arse end of transport so what these people are trying to do is to blur the distinction. That is what they have done from the start. That is what old Suspect thought the The Office of Foolish Tendentiousness (OFT) was going to able to achieve.

Oh Happy Days and even happier nights to see dreams shattered.

That is not the same thing at all.

You are not trained. PH are just transient flotsam and jetsam drifting about. A perfunctory CRO check and away you go. Fit and proper my eye.

All this will lead to head-butting billy goats leading these outfits.

Well Claude, I look forward to you setting up that site.

I might even post on it.

I'm not trying to blur anything.

What I'm trying to do is to get as many people out of driving PHs, into HCs.

I would have thought you would have supported that.

I always thought you listened Claude. :?

I work in an area that has exactly the same entry criteria for both HC and PH drivers. I can drive both.

I work in an area that has exactly the same entry criteria for both HC and PH vehicles.

However, where I can buy my PH for the price of the vehicle, if I wish to own a HC, then that could cost me up to £40,000 for the plate without the vehicle.

Now Claude, how many of your colleagues would put up with paying £40,000, not for your motor, just for your plate? :?

None as they probably lost more than that in lost wages doing the unpaid knowledge. They have 'bought' the license in sweat and blood.

Now that is something worth listening to.
