Well Guss you must have the most fecked up council in the UK, I think I am 100% in saying yours is the only council that requires this totally stupid act of cutting the headlining

You can say that again!!!!!! A shuttle bought from bernard mansells (passed by nearly every councill) and sold as a WAV still has to be modified ! ie = lining cut to give more headroom!
You pay the guts of £26000 only to spoil the look of the interior by gaining more headroom! kin crazy!

WHERE DOES IT SAY IN YOUR LICENCING CONDITIONS THAT YOU HAVE TO DISTROY YOUR VEHICLE TO GET IT PASSED A TAXI TEST. ANSWEAR NOWHERE WOOPES CAPS,
This condition is not in any licencing conditions anywhere in the country, so get it changed now
Your council has to abide by the 1982 act and not there own

to cut their roof would spoil the look of it as it is very well done!

Height Might not be an issue if we get an influx of Pygmies from the belgian congo coming over here because their rainforest home is being chopped down and "we" being the good Samaritans we are will take them in Gladly, so im boxing clever and buying a new C5...noooo!! not the citroen C5 but a Sinclair C5 three wheeler electric buggy, this will do Two things..it'll transport the wee people and also save on emissions which in turn will save the planet allowing the afore mentioned wee people the chance of returning home to a Pristine rainforest home....good Idea Huh ??
