The customer has the right to choose, they may have issues with the front car that the council are still looking into and don't want to travel in that car.

In my experience it's the discounters who are the biggest moaners about it, presumably because if someone out-discounts them then it removes their 'unique selling point'. :wink:

And loses them a job as well.
