I would just love to be a fly on the LTI wall when they see it.

Defo 10 out of 10 for effort. =D>

You heard of any problems on the tx4 manual versions, maybe automatic is best to stay clear of as daimler chrysler auto units have never been that great.

Very good Mr Bexley.

How are you getting on with the case?

Out of interest has LTI at any stage acknowledged a problem with the turbo hoses or mentioned any future remedy?

ta.

You should get TAXI newspaper to run the story.

I have sent the Mayor of London his own personal copy of the video (Via E Mail)and both Independant Vehicle reports for his perusal ! No respnse yet.

I have also sent the same to the Transport Minister.

Taxi Magazine have all except the video but do not seem interested, makes me pleased really that I am no longer a member,if not for my sake they should be printing the story to WARN THEIR MEMBERS !

Barristers advice now received Court application will be started soon ( Its a long Job !)Not allowed to display the contents but He says I have an almost cast iron case.

Still receiving E Mails from other owners,I`m sorry to say I have many fellow victims of LTI contacting me.

Hope to release another video in due course,it also consumes a lot of time.I have sent the video link and a copy of the reports to the National Papers,no response yet.

My MP wrote to me saying he had written to the Mananaging Director of LTI asking for an explanation. He sent his letter from the House Of Commons on Parliament paper so I hope LTI show common respect and reply. ( Common Respect,I forgot LTI have none )

Watch this space !

Dear sir ,

Thought you might like to see a small video illustrating the disgraceful situation that I am in with the ownership of a TX4 http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=fcK6FQuO7nE

I have also attached the 2 Independent Vehicle Inspections that are to be used as Court evidence against your company.I hope you may have already been "kept up to speed with events" but in the event that Trevor Hattersley treats you with the same contempt that he treats all Taxi Owners you now have your own copy for perusal.

http://lticrap.mysite.orange.co.uk/ Some more interesting reading if you can spare the time between media Hype of a product to be ashamed of.

http://daimlerchryslervehicleproblems.com/ We all now know where your "Bargain Basement" gear boxes come from.

Kind Regards

Peter Foreman Long term sufferer of LTI Incompetence

My Court action won`t achieve that, this would be a matter for VOSA.

My Court action is for compensation for a product that is "Not fit for purpose" or "Of Merchantable Quality"

I could just concentrate on my compensation but I strongly believe LTI need exposing which is why I try to keep you all informed.

Other drivers have contacted me at crapcab@hotmail.co.uk to list thier problems and ask for advice with their situations.

One driver achieved "financial reimbursement" for the periods his vehicle was off the road ( Black Horse)

Others are getting Independant reports as I have ,maybe I am just a small distraction to LTI,but I hope long term our combined voices/actions may educate LTI to provide what we are paying for,A VEHICLE FIT FOR PURPOSE AND OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY,IS IT REALLY TO MUCH TO ASK FOR.

Thanks for your continued input Skip

Although he is I believe duty bound to reply, I have no doubt that it will be along the lines of; We have noted the contents of your letter/vid, but as the matter is sub judice we cannot comment any further.

Been to my local cab direct dealer today and also spoke to some mechanics who service all types of hackney cabs, and they're all talking about it, me thinks lti should be shipping you a new cab or full refund soon to keep ya mouth shut!!!!.

also gonna be an excellent ammo for cab direct when selling the e7 !!!

Mechanics say if lti had any knowledge they would have changed the gearbox for you to begin with probably got a load of fitters working for them instead of proper mechanics thats the way its going these days pay peanuts get monkeys!!!
