I picked up my white TX4 Gold last week and the salesman tells me its the first one to be put on the road in Scotland. He says hes got a pal in the sales in London and he'd not heard of anybody buying a white cab unless their council forces them to have a white taxi. Mine's the only TX4 in our town, in fact the only TX cab.

The cabs really comfortable and great to drive, leatrher seats and a 6cd player, just on £40k, but I've managed to get 2 free sevices with it.

Did the sales room have big windows, if yes the salesman would have been able to see the words mug stamped on your forehead coming down the street, and after he had mugged you with the 2 free services and waved you good by, he would have been on the blower to his mate in London with the good news that he had manged to mug you.big time, now that you have got the £40,000 heap of junk and it goes wrong he wont want to know.
Why the hell did you not just buy a Skoda and save yourself 4 or 5 years of misery :?: :?: :?:

Skippy, not everyone can put on a skoda!!!! And if he's happy enough paying £40,000 for it then thats up to him,not for you clowns to slag him off! We have all heard of the so called tx4 problems but i know a good few here who love and would buy another!

If that's your choice, no problem.
It would be nice to have the choice all the same.

i believe there has got 2 be sum good ones out there, not all can have problems.i bought a new tx11 and have had only one problem which was rectified by LTI,and my cab drives sweet as ! but i do feel sorry 4 the guys who bought the troubled ones.
heres hoping u don't fall n 2 that category. [-o<
