Now that section 75.1b has been laid to rest whats the next thing on the agenda
A single tier system where there are no PH only taxis, with a separate licence for chauffeur's with there executive saloons
This would only happen if councils did not specify only certain types of vehicles
or is there something else like removing licencing from councils and bringing it all under one roof
