I stand Corrected...8 or more Passengers, Tho why anyone who has an 8 Passenger seater would Licence it as a PCV is beyond me...it'd Need A speed limiter if it were newish, A tacho fitted it travelled on a regular route, a PCV licenced Driver who would need periodic refresher training under the new rules.....Nahhh!! if its an 8 Passenger vehicle stick to Taxiing or PH...saves a load of Greif..
