A driver recently had his cab written off in an accident not his fault, within 48 hours his insurance company had a vehicle delivered to York to his address and the meter chipped and ready to work, the council gave him a testing date TEN days later is this a record.

Why a wait of 10 days to test it, the company who brought the car to him should have had that done, they normaly do, also the certificate of compliance from the last person who had it would have to be accepted by the council so he could go to work strait away :?: :?:
we all have that cover here, and it only takes as long as required to check the meter and fit the plates, half an hour in some cases
