Does anyone have information on this firm. Rumour has it they are hoping to start up in York. You pay them to take you home after a night out. They arrive on a small folding scooter which they place in the boot of your car in bags and then drive you home on their fully comp insurance. Will they need to be licensed?, it must be hire or reward. I see from their website they seem to be spreading throughout the country. Possible seen on Top Gear. Thanks

The scooterman is driving the customers vehicle. Therfore he is not hireing the vehicle for hire or reward. He is hireing a driver.
