They're usually (that's usually, before the onslaught begins) practising the same shortfalls themselves, or the latter by union people from the 1977 era.

I would say it's about maintaining the reputation and integrity (2nd time tonight) of our individual trades.

I would guess that the mush was guilty otherwise he would have appealed to the magistrates.

Right so what happens if a mother and 5 kids turn up, and ask to be taken, all the kids are under 4, do you refuse or take them???????

Refuse of course. That would have to be the worst possible case of driving without insurance. I even refused to carry my son, his wife and 3 kids until I got a 6 passenger taxi.

I think the guy who re-opened this topic was basically saying that how can someone be holier than tho when he himself is now running around threatening people with guns etc etc. (alledgedly)

Our political system, fails to make politicians responsible or accountable to the electorate.
The legal fraternity police themselves through the Law Society, (in Scotland) a bunch of corrupt solicitors, advocates, QC’s, Sheriffs and Judges, and they are all in bed together with the politicians and the political process -the police are part of that process.

The “democratic” system lacks the structure or the mechanism to deliver democracy to the people - this means you.

“Democracy” is a myth, and this is what happens when you give politicians a 4-5 year mandate to do what the hell they like, with no way to make them accountable, to you, the electorate.

Remember and vote for more of the same at the next election - bend over boys

You are correct Gary, you shouldn't be aloud to drive a taxi.
After all the council are corrupt and they will let anybody hold a licence.
