I can live with being in a tiny minority JD, not a problem with that, although your typo was probably more accurate because it indicated a 'huge' minority.

I find a very large minority of members of this industry to be a disgrace by the low standards of service they provide to the public, so I don't mind being 'different'.

And the industry, well it is on the strap line of every post I make 'a member of the hire or reward' industry.

I, like our industry's customer base, see no distinguishing difference between a vehicle I hail on the street or book by telephone, that charges similar prices to convey me from point a to point b.

Members of the public not happy with a service can always exercise their right to go elsewhere? I suppose that's the good thing about competition.
