 Post subject: Private Hire Motorbikes

Leeds City Council have refused to license motorbikes as private hire cars

an appeal has been heard before the city Magistrates and the Council were ordered to licence them.

the council still reduse and are appealing to Crown Court.

it was said I understand in court that they are 40 more times likely to have an accident.

I think they are allowed in Liverpool and Bristol, but I can't see them being used too much by the punters. :shock:
