stop winging weve had this argument constantly, daily for 12 months
during that time the roads have been halted in Brighton and taxi drivers stopped the bin men emptying bins.
According to Andrew Peters a Brighton cabbie has said this is neccesary to demonstrate commitment to the trade!
so if you aint got a few grand pal you are not committed

The government are about to step in and ask more questions of places like Brighton, who during the last quiz scored a paltry 12 out of a possible 48.
now can I ask you a question?

please take care with your answer, which may answer your winging question.
