We have about 12-14 telephone/dispatch staff of varying quality.

Does anyone know of or have any experience with a training provision company who would have an insight to the requirements and pressures placed on staff of a busy taxi office and can, therefore, provide a staff training package?

I'd appreciate any advice that anyone may have.

Excel Management do a training course, I don't know if it's linked to their software package but they do a training course.
