The indicator arms aren't to expensive to replace either, I did one for one of the lads last year, I think it cost £30, for £30 you get the whole box and the stalk, take the cowling off from around the steering wheel and you've got 4 screws with star heads, whip them off and the whole thing comes out, unplug the old unit and away you go.
