A passenger on a coach that caught fire has described how it "started shaking" before people managed to get off.
The vehicle was carrying about half a dozen workers from BAE Systems on their way home from college in Blackpool on Tuesday afternoon.
Smoke appeared from the rear of the coach at around 17:30 BST on the A590 at Backbarrow, near Ulverston, Cumbria.

Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene and the road was closed in both directions. It has since reopened.

Not seen nything in the bus trade press about this one yet, maybe next week. These days it's getting too common for buses and coaches to catch fire. where my partner used to work as a bus cleaner one went up in flames before her eyes. Nobody on it, nobody hurt, but a totl write-off. It was caused by a battery lead chaffing on a hole through the wheel arch at the back end. Arcing cause the cables to burn, setting fire to the hydraulic pipes above...

A lot are caused by fuel pipes fracturing. the London bus companies have had to spend a lot of money converting all theirs to mtal fuel pipes to reduce the fire risk.
