yes weve identified a solution we hope, we took the doors off and fixed up a mechanism wherby the doors become driver controlled, rather like buses
still under test will let you know how we go on.
I think this could well have been a response from Cab Direct, but it is certainly from one of the professional converters.
The solution solves the problem for those buying new vehicles but not for those who have already bought. We have a good few E7's up here and I haven't heard of any problems to date, but on saying that the public up
here have been educated over a few years on how to operate these doors properly.
Maybe if Mr Guests company were to offer a cheap door conversion, further discounted for those who have already bought a vehicle from them their reputation would be improved. Those Chrysler Voyagers have automatic doors and they seem to work very well.
the response is from a taxi driver, who studies problems and comes up with solutions.
one of the problems with cab direct is their conversions are done to a budget of two thirds the cost of purpose built to match the two thirds of running costs
now Nige says they are crap his mate implies they are good, they are what they are.
there is a solution to the door problem, Nige has not studied that solution and has already regected it, thats the problem with our trade, we do that all the time.
its one of those trades where we atract the chancers our turnover of labour is massive, there is a solution to that as well but Nige has rejected that as well without studying it.
but next week he could be off to Watford lobbying for that which hes rejected.
What a very weierd world
