Yes I can, your referring to the human rights argument that has already been tried and failed.....otherwise you'd have another plate along with jasper....well you would if you were fit and proper anyway :roll:

No not particularly a taxi related case.

But either way.....your case is so strong you've never actually brought one on those grounds?
