its not just about not hearing me when they could have its more about the fact that by their own admission there data is flawed.
they must keep themselves informed as to demand with up to date current accurate demand information.
theirs is 12 to 18 months old biased and flawed and contains errors.and yet they denied presumably under sec 10.3.
thats a fettering of their discretion.

these councilors are buffoons,i have to wonder if this is the sort of uninformed nonsense that goes on when large decisions are being made on our behalf,trams etc
imo if you sit on one of these committee's then you should inform yourself of all the legislation
