They might be answers to some questions, but they aren't answers to the questions you posed.
Methinks you need to read a few proper books and stop taking what you read on blogs as being a true reflection of the law.
You are living in a dreamworld.
And you are just an idiot that lives in a small village. The question posted by Tooter was:

There is no definitive description for plying for hire
I gave several or more scenarios that revolve around the premise of "Plying for hire ! " These questions lead answers that definitively describe plying for hire !
There is no point in getting angry. For your information Alan Fleming was Chairman of the London Cab Drivers Club (LCDC) for many years, I know this man personally. He is recognised by the London Taxi trade as one of the foremost authorities on Hackney Carriage law, he has studied case laws in grate detail and has written scores of articles on this subject that have been published in the London Taxi trade press. He has even challenged TH Button ! In over twenty five years as a London Taxi driver, to my knowledge... Nobody has challenged him on his articles.... Except you !
You know little to nothing about Hackney Carriage Law and have misquoted me to try and regain some credibility.
You and others are not interested in a debate... You are far more interested in your over inflated ego's and abuse !

When you refer to "we" ... are you referring to the other abusers posting derogatory remarks on this thread to turn the debate into an argument?
