The above, coupled with the omission of the euro figures tells me the scots government are playing games........and perhaps gary is right?
The SNP run Scottish parliament twist things to suit, their economy with the truth or genuine facts is becoming about as legendary as it is laughable, they'd lie in their sleep. Ecknocchios nose is about as long as the planned length of the new forth bridge.
