If Cabhappy is under cutting, then that's a mistake. You should all be running at the same tariff regardless...
However, you should also be able to agree on what represents everyone's interests, the bigger picture one might say, and how to go about protecting those interests?
In other words, if you can't learn to bury the past, you are all going to be working for a lot less in the future. Oh and that much I can promise.
You need a set of protocols upon which everyone can agree, and no one is prepared to break.
