I always say, this is job for everyone BUT not everyone is for this job
You might be right because everyone seems to be buying Into the game at present even though the work available is steadily diminishing due to money being tight and people being canny with their dosh.
It's not the same Job as it was 15 years ago, it's all to cut throat and every client being overly competed for and being chased by to many Drivers, the Big boys get busier but not necessarily wealthier due to decreased profit margins, sadly the wee boys suffer most because they can't tolerate or endure such meagre profit margins due to their lack of business scale. About the only way the wee guys will survive is if they carve out a niche market for themselves and specialise in sightseeing tours, Public Contract work or dedicated Hotel contracts or whatever..
Anyone for a career change??

An ill-conceived plan if ever there was one, but experience rarely comes free of charge, and we can all be wise after the event. I suppose Jman, will just have to suck it and see. Although I don't see how he expects to earn a living with overheads like that and if he as a bump, which is more than likely with the hours, he'll be working, the prospect of another year's insurance will disappear in a puff of smoke.
