I cannot understand you saying that we do not have any rights. It seems to be ambiguous to say we are entitled to certain rights - to then say "Whatever any Court says.....we don't have any rights", when it is enshrined in law.
Ok, my postion is this; As already mentioned there appears to be different interpretations/clauses that some EU countries are party to, the U.K being a classic on that one! With regards to the "Human Rights law" then it would seem that all of the EU members would (have) to be signed up to that one (with no exceptions) otherwise this walking in and out of each others country could not work. By leaving the EU we would (not) have to be bound by the same clauses, as is the case of Australia.
You have no rights.
Those people our government bundled via UK airports into detention in Cuba - did they have rights?
The interned in Northern Ireland - did they have rights?
You / I / We have no rights whatsoever, what we have is temporary privilege, and that isn't a right, that's something that can be taken away, and is each day, so why you can shout about that Rumanian, just remember, you are one false accusation away from being in the same position as him.
So please nobody on TDO bleat about the EU and ECHR - they're 2 different things - and one is there to try to ensure our rights (as derisible that they are) are upheld.
