Passing the buck again JD.
Not passing the buck my friend but correcting your false allegation that it was me who brought about the current Wav policy in Carlisle.

Your insistance that the situation at the station rank, intended to increase number of WAV's whilst retaining choice for drivers, was illegal and the fact that you phoned Carlisle City Council to point out that fact, had nothing to do with the council taking the decision they did.
Like I said, only a fool would make such a remark considering Carlisle's Wav policy was already in place before I even enquired about the rank situation. Therefore its no wonder your wild inaccurate and untrue allegation gets the derision it deserves. Perhaps you can now see why some of us totally ignore your distorted ramblings?

The condition was unchallenged and only rarely questioned until you stuck your nose in claiming to be the saviour of the saloon trade in Carlisle,
I'm not remotely concerned at why the condition went unchallenged, as far as myself and the courts are concerned the condition is illegal and the sooner it is challenged in a court of law the better. We can't have councillors setting illegal conditions and that's the top and bottom of it.

your witch-hunt against Wayne Casey caused this action by the council and the implications of taking advise from you are to be clearly seen by this decision.
I think Wayne Casey has a broad enough back to answer for himself any questions I might have raised against him, the NTA or the Carlisle Taxi association, in respect of any involvement in this rank business?

You can try and discredit me, or claim that I'm "not the sharpest knife in the draw" but using the example you did does more to question you than me. To any sane person anyway.
Every time you open your mouth you discredit yourself with the rubbish that comes out and I doubt that will ever change. Your stock in trade is making wild and unscrupulous allegations that you know to be untrue. Therefore I don't need to remind everyone that you're a peddler of intentional misinformation and anything you say must be treated with extreme caution.
I'll let you apologise now, for accusing me of being the catalyst of Carlisle council's Wav policy.
Regards
